You have 14 calendar days from when you receive the shipment to withdraw from the purchase, without the need for justification.
If you wish, you can make the return in our physical store.
The return or change of size is free if the product you receive at home is not the one you requested in the online store or if it has manufacturer defects.
Products with special discounts of 60% onwards do not include the cost of the second shipment in the case of a return.
If the product you receive is damaged or shows signs of being damaged during transport, we ask you to state this when signing the delivery note.
If you buy several products in the same order, you can make a partial return, that is, return only one product that does not conform.
If you request a change of product that is not in stock in your size / number, the Chela Clo team can advise you and/or propose similar products in price and/or style. In the event that none of them convinces you, the refund will be made as normal.
You must return the goods directly to the Chela Clo store, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 5 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to return the order. The term will be considered met if you return the goods before said term has elapsed.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal or return of purchase, we will refund all payment received, not including, where appropriate, the ordinary delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed since the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will withhold the refund until we have received the goods and checked that everything is in perfect condition.
The buyer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
We remind you that you can also return the product free of charge at the physical store of Chela Clo, Regaliz Funwear.
To inform us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the purchase or for changes, you must indicate it unequivocally by contacting Chela Clo with address at C/Cano 5, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 35002, or by telephone by calling + 34 928381656 (from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) or sending an e-mail to chelaclothing@gmail.com indicating your contact information and order number.
